Refund policy

At Pop Corgi, we want you and your dog to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@pop-corgi.com. A $5.99 flat rate will be applied for return shipping.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
